we find venues for all kinds of corporate activity - on the outskirts of London you have Pendley Manor Hotel

when our london venue finder has a request for venues on the perimeter of the M25 and wants motorised activities, Pendley Manor springs to mind with its four acre meadow on site.  To the majority of venue and hotel finders sourcing a venue with facilities for outdoor activities is quite easy but so many venues these days don't allow motorised so Pendley is a great venue find! 

Whilst being set in extensive and mature landscaped grounds is actually only a 15 minute drive from the M25 (J20) and the M1 (J11), 1/2 mile from Tring rail station which offers a direct link into London Euston in just 40 minutes - a great escape from city to country!

The Harcourt Conference Centre where most of the function rooms are located has recently undergone full refurbishment (2014), the largest function space is the Harcourt Ballroom which can accommodate up to 250 delegates.

Their 73 en-suite bedrooms are spacious and full of character, however, due for a full refurbishment during 2016 to bring them up to standard of the rest of the hotel.

The delegate rates are very competitive, currently starting from £35.00 for day delegate and £135.00 for 24 hour* - the hotel offers on site complimentary parking and wifi.
