VENUE MASTER UK LTD The brief from our contact at Hope Church (part of Regions Beyond) was a requirement for a venue that could accommodate 250 – 300 in a Theatre style but also offer large rooms to utilise as crèches. Everyone would require accommodation although they were originally looking for a self-catering basis the food available at the venue was of excellent value and was included in a negotiated weekend package (with special rates for 16’s and under) as well as all of the function facilities, accommodation, parking and wifi etc.

The client wanted a place where the attendees could relax and use leisure facilities also Regions Beyond is a growing family of churches and an initiative within Newfrontiers, linking churches in different parts of the world. Wyboston Lakes is a fabulous venue located just off the A1M north of the M25. It has fantastic facilities for team building etc. with various different packages available. Motorised and water based activities are available which is a big plus!

FEEDBACK

The client was exceptionally happy with Venue Master’s research into a suitable venue which was very cost effective compared to the venues that were originally considered. They were also impressed with the way our team and the venue team communicated and liaised with them leading up to the event which in itself was extremely successful – we have already booked the next one for 2016 at the Royal Norfolk Showground as this needed to accommodate 800 – 900 people taking place over the Bank Holiday weekend at the end of May.
