received a brief whereby our client wished to re-establish good relations with their clients in Japan – mainly presidents of house building companies etc. We sourced venues taking into consideration that the delegates would be arriving at London Gatwick Airport, visiting the Vent Axia plant for a tour and then on into Central London for overnight and a private dinner in the Tower of London. This was the perfect job for our London venue finders...
We attended several meetings at the client’s offices – which included one on site meeting to discuss the business etiquette when working with Japanese delegates (this was led by a professional in the industry), we also undertook site visits on behalf of our client, arranged an interpreter to be present 24/7 and booked coach transfers for the duration of the event.
The entire experience was a real WOW factor for the client’s guests – we arranged for private hire of capsules on the London Eye, an offsite dinner at an authentic Japanese restaurant which also offered extensive facilities for karaoke which went down very well. The following day the guests visited St Pauls Cathedral and the British Museum culminating in a fabulous and memorable evening at the Tower of London – this included a private viewing of the Crown Jewels, a private three course dinner and concluded with witnessing The Ceremony of the Keys. The following day the guests went shopping in Central London before starting their journey back home.
