VENUE MASTER UK LTD The brief from the Bank of Cyprus UK was that they would be celebrating their 60th anniversary in 2015 and wanted a venue that would make a big impact on their guests.This was a job for our specialist unique venue finder team.

They had some ideas of venues that they were interested in by having followed this up the venues they selected were either not available, not large enough or just didn’t have the WOW factor that they were looking for. Amongst others we suggested the London Transport Museum because of its range of function spaces.

Our client hosted their event in the Museum Galleries which would provide a spectacular backdrop for their event – mixing old and new with dynamic displays of iconic posters, vintage vehicles and interactive displays that entertain all evening. It was also the 60th anniversary of the Red London Bus in 2014! The galleries can accommodate up to 500 people for a drinks reception or 180 for a seated dinner. Guests arrive via the impressive multimedia World Cities Gallery and had access to the entire Museum. Catering was supplied by Searcy’s who were excellent both on the day and leading up to the event. Other spaces within the venue include the Cubic theatre which is a tiered function space and seats 121 guest and also The Boardroom – perfect for daytime meetings which seats 12.
