Clinical Investigator Meetings

EVENT – Clinical Investigator Meetings - For a leading pharmaceutical client

VENUE MASTER UK LTD Sourced venues for the Investigator Meetings – often the request was to use countries that formed part of the Schengen Treaty to allow delegates to travel freely within a territory that was agreed for the signatory states to abolish all internal borders in lieu of a single external border. We issued invitations, collated replies, liaised with venues and client, dealt with queries from both staff and delegates (an on occasions arranged appropriate VISAs where necessary for a particular event which took place in Russia), assembled delegate packs, arranged transfers to and from airports to hotels, undertook site visits on behalf of the client – we were on site to host the registration desk in several locations – Turin, Warsaw, Budapest, St Petersburg and ensured smooth running of the event. We also sourced local companies for off site dinners, city tours etc. and made last minute amendments to delegates travel itineraries etc. Typically we used high end hotels which included the Grand Hotel Europe in St Petersburg as pictured.

The client was positive and even when clients moved on to other companies they still contacted us to arrange their Clinical Investigator Meetings – we proceeded to work with over 5 of the leading worldwide pharmaceutical clients. We were praised on our initiative – knowing when to contact and seek authority and advice from our client and when to make decisions ourselves on behalf of the client.
