we recently visited the venue to update ourselves on the facilities and can confirm that if you are looking for a centrally located venue which also offers a blank canvas great for branding your event this is the place to be!

The Art Deco style building opened just over 20 years ago and continues to offer unique surroundings including the museum which houses the largest collection of British heritage motor cars in the world - your delegates can access this complimentary when on a day delegate pacakge.

All profits generated from the commercial side of the business are donated to the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust, the educational charity which preserves and cares for the vehicle collection and an extensive motoring archive.

The Conference & Exhibition Suite can accommodate up to 600 delegates (theatre style with front projection) and also can be split in two by means of a soundproof partition with each section accommodating up to 250 delegates.  The Suite is ideal for when you want to contain your audience in one space and it has vehicle access and rigging points enabling the accommodation of large sets.

There is also an exhibition gallery which is a bright and light area offering over 650 sq mt of flexible indoor exhibition space.

The Kestrel Suite is a unique rooftop room that offers panaromic views of the Warwickshire countryside and can seat up to 250 delegates.  It also has access to a private balcony.

The venue can also cater for smaller meetings - from 5 to 50 delegates in syndicate rooms and other smaller meeting rooms.  There is an executive boardroom that seats 20 delegates on sumptuous leather chairs and overlooks the museum - guaranteed to impress and inspire!

There is ample parking space, surrounding grass areas suitable for marquees and displays and two off road tracks that are available to demonstrate off road equipment.
