The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre, home of Reading FC are offering some exceptional rates for the month of March only

Day delegate rate from £40.00 + vat* (published rate is £56) for events taking place during March 2012.  The rate includes - main meeting room hire, arrival tea/costa coffee & danish or bacon rolls, mid morning tea/costa coffee & biscuits, choice of chef's table lunch, afternoon tea/costa coffee & mini cake bites, LCD projector & screen, flipchart & pens, pads & pencils, jugs of iced water.....

The venue can accommodate up to 500 theatre style and has several other meeting room and also the executive boxes which can be utlised for break out rooms etc.

The Millennium Madejski Hotel offers 201 bedrooms and has internal access to the Conference and Events centre.
