'PEST' MEETINGS @ €33 PER PERSON

The 4 star Danubius Hotel Arena, Budapest is offering meeting packages from only €33.00 including vat and service charges

Having been fully renovated and recently upgraded to four star standard with excellent meeting facilities but hotel is located in Budapest's conference district in the Pest side.  It is close to Budapest's largest sports & events centre and the international fair centre (HUNGEXPO)

The hotel has 379 bedrooms and 10 meeting and conference rooms, the largest accommodating up to 330 delegates.

The reduced conference package includes: main meeting room hire, projector (for 40+ delegates), screen, flipchart, sound system with one microphone, one bottle mineral water per person, 2 coffee breaks with cakes, fruit etc., lunch - 3 course menu for up to 30 delegates or buffet style menu for 40+, 25% vat and 7% service charge.

Special accommodation rates of €60.00 single occupancy including buffet breakfast and use of leisure facilities are available to clients of Venue Master UK Ltd

The meeting package of €33.00 is for new bookings taking place and valid until 30th April 2011 for a minimum of 20 delegates.
